Get involved and have a positive impact in our neighbourhood! The Annual General Meeting of the Pleasant Hill Community Association is open to all residents of Pleasant Hill.

At this meeting we will be voting new members into vacant positions on the board of directors. We will also be discussing and voting on proposed amendments to bylaw 4.01 to update some of the titles of the board of directors. This allows us to add "Event Coordinators" in recognition of the important work that our coordinators do to bring you events like the Community Clean ups, Halloween fair and Winter Carnival!

After the AGM, city planners will be hosting a brief community engagement meeting for the proposed rezoning of 1930 20th St W (site of the Urgent Care Centre and Pleasant Hill Elementary School redevelopment).
